Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains the 30-day money-back guarantee on NorthDuty paid subscriptions, how to request a refund, and how renewals and cancellations are handled.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a NorthDuty paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment for that subscription, no questions asked. This guarantee applies to the first payment of a new paid subscription on any plan.
Renewal payments can also be refunded when a refund is requested within 30 days of the renewal charge and the service was not substantially used in that period, or where a refund is required by applicable consumer law. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
How to request a refund
Email support@northduty.com from the email address on the account, or reply to your order receipt, and include the order or invoice reference. Refund requests are normally reviewed within a few business days.
Payments for NorthDuty paid plans are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), acting as merchant of record. You can also request a refund directly from Paddle at paddle.net using the email address used at checkout. Once approved, the time for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.
Renewals and cancellations
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the app or by emailing support@northduty.com; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Canceling a subscription does not by itself trigger a refund for the current period, but you keep access to paid features until the period ends. If you believe a renewal was charged in error, contact support within 30 days of the charge.
